Fourth level goals:
In the fourth level, the program aims in its entirety to provide the learner with a set of competencies commensurate with the level in the following aspects:
First: the linguistic aspect, which includes:
- Arabic sounds and other related phonetic phenomena.
- Vocabulary and common expressions.
- Grammatical structures with a set of grammar, morphology and spelling rules.
Second: the communication aspect, which aims to:
Providing the student with the ability to communicate with Arabic speakers, so that he can interact with them verbally and in writing in different life situations, through the four language communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Third: the cultural aspect:
It provides the learner with a set of the following cultural patterns:
- Arab Islamic culture.
- International culture (and choose what suits the learner).
- Patterns specific to the learners' culture derived from their heritage and their social and literary environments, as possible.
- The number of hours: (100) study hours.
- program duration: 2 months (8 weeks).

- Conversation: (30) hours
- reading: (30) hours
- votes: (20) hours
- Writing: (20) hours
- Midterm exam date: At the end of the fourth week.
- Final exam date: In the eighth and final week.
